oh wells. i'm back, to blog. heh. embarked on an amazing journey with sam, jo, vera, huixuan, slowpoke, ray and renfred from 5 to 11 june. it was amazing because once again, God used such opportunities to teach all of us valuable lessons. at first, i wasn't sure if i was meant to go but time and time again, it was God and His perfect timing. So perfect that school and everything else fell into place. the exact same thing happened 2 years ago, for lifewire. it happened last year as well, for japan mission trip. *grin* another reason why i was really glad that i went, was that, all of us became more than just 'hi, bye, random topics' friends who were from the same church. Before and during the trip, I got to know each one of them better, their temperaments, their loves, the hour at night when each of them goes cranky and their WEIRD HABITS. haha. highlight of the trip was Chuck =) a man who fears and gives his all to our King. i'll never forget his face, his ministry, his encouragement, his firmness and his words to me. when i arrived at Changi Airport, I still rem telling sam that i wanna go back. heh. 60% of me wanted to be back there but 40% of me was glad to be back. cos i really missed my home, youth ministry, kor n my buds alot. i was recharged, filled with much joy for God after sawa. but it kind of didn't lasted long, after 2 wks of chiong-ing and busy schedules, i felt different. not the same sulwyn in sawa. immediately, i questioned myself why...that my joy in serving, in the Lord was affected by circumstances and situations around me. and i allowed it to happen.
'...when we leave in no choice, we go with joy by choice' =)

i just completed my proj assignment and i'm gonna head to rand's room to watch LOST! my usual activity on thursdays. haha. ray bought me rainbow earrings today, when we were walking around in cwp. thank you ray! if u're reading this...haha. i'm blessed to hv a brother like him, nt bcos he buys me stuff but its his heart for people, God and his constant support for ppl around him. i always enjoy discussing abt things with him. after that, i met up with bethia for late lunch. shall stop here, cos LOST's starting...

everything else fades away...when u focus on Jesus.
